 Cleanstart
is a new initiative of Israel Cleantech Ventures in cooperation with Greylock
Partners’ Israel Fund to provide seed stage capital and support
to exceptional cleantech ideas/projects. We’re accepting proposals
for concept-stage efforts, or ideas from the Israeli academic world in
a wide range of cleantech fields, including alternative and renewable
energy, energy efficiency, and water related technologies.
CleanStart companies benefit from Israel Cleantech Ventures’ exceptional
investment and advisory teams, including veterans in a number of industries
such as chemicals, agritech, wastewater and solar energy, who have held
senior management roles at companies such as Israel Chemicals, Netafim,
Aqwise and Luz. This industry knowledge, when combined with Greylock’s
strong early stage venture track record and international networks, will
provide seed entrepreneurs a valuable head-start in transitioning their
ideas from initial concepts to venture-quality businesses.
CleanStart is currently accepting proposals for cleantech investment opportunities.
Please submit business plans and supplemental materials to us at cleanstart@israelcleantech.com,
or mail them to our office.
