Lila is the Chief Financial Officer at Israel Cleantech Ventures where she is responsible for managing the firm's financial, operational and administrative activities. She is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the Israel start-up and VC sector.
Prior to joining the firm, Lila was CFO of AxisMobile (AIM:AXIS) a leading provider of consumer mobile Email technology to communication service providers. In addition to managing the daily financial operations and financial reporting of the company, Lila prepared for and took the company public on the AIM exchange in the United Kingdom.
From 1999-2006, Lila was controller at Concord Ventures, a well known Israeli VC. There she was responsible for financial reporting within the company, as well as working with potential investors and potential portfolio companies to conduct due diligence. Prior to this, Lila managed an audit team at KPMG.
Lila is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Tel Aviv College of Business Management. |
